The ICA team comes from a spectrum of backgrounds, and all share the same vision: to increase Africa’s prominence in impact investment, and to show that financial returns can be achieved while making long-lasting, positive social, environmental and economic impact.

Tiffany Moore

Tiffany’s background is in mechanical engineering and business operations. Her varied experience in management consulting and engineering project delivery sparked a desire to combine positive impact with sound business practice. After working in Zambia on a mining project she joined ICA to support the end to end process of getting businesses operationally ready.
Jeffrey Scheidegger

Jeffrey Scheidegger

Originally from the Netherlands, Jeffrey is now firmly entrenched in Lusaka, Zambia. An entrepreneur at heart, Jeffrey ran Rent-to-Own, a Zambia based social enterprise that aimed to unlock the potential of rural entrepreneurs and improve the livelihoods of their families and communities.

Jeffrey holds an MSc in Financial management from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands and prior to moving to Zambia Jeffrey worked in the corporate sector at Shell in various Finance roles in the Netherlands and Kazakhstan.

Siyamthanda Mabizela

Siyamthanda Mabizela

Siyamthanda is an Impact Investing and DEI professional with nearly five years of experience supporting high-growth startups and SMEs across Southern Africa. She specializes in unlocking capital for businesses driving social and economic impact, with a particular focus on gender-inclusive solutions. With a background in Development Finance from UCT GSB and a deep understanding of ecosystem challenges, Siyamthanda brings a unique approach to ICA’s mission of driving meaningful change.

Busiku is a performance-oriented ESG and stakeholder engagement executive with 12 years’ experience in Zambia. He has immense sustainable social investment and stakeholder engagement expertise delivering results across the life cycle of businesses.
Tara Vicars

Tara Vicars

Tara has been helping businesses and not-for-profit organisations market their products and services for 15 years. Her marketing experience around the world help ICA connect investors and businesses looking for finance.
Frances Rose

Frances Rose

Before founding The Share Theory, Frances gained a wealth of experience in the events and market intelligence industry, including building the European research practice for TowerXchange, a leading market intelligence and events business in telecoms infrastructure. She has also been involved in Impact Capital Africa since 2018, supporting the team with content and event development and as a Non-Executive Director.

Choene Nkoana

With over 10 years of experience, Choene Nkoana is a Strategic Partner Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager. She has worked at Google and mLab, excelling in strategic growth and high-value project management. She has built strong networks across the digital economy and technology sectors, collaborating with government, SOEs, telecoms, academia and industry leaders. As part of Impact Capital Africa, she identifies high-growth impact businesses, helping them scale and secure the right investments.
