A bit more about ICA events

Since starting in Zambia in 2017, ICA has aimed to spotlight the incredible talent and entrepreneurial spirit in Zambia. Land-linked, rich in natural resources, and above all rich in innovation, we have been proud to see how Zambia draws investors in and captivates them, with over $100M in capital deployed to businesses featured at ICA events, or participated in ICA programmes. In-person events have been hugely important in keeping people connected, talking, and acting – especially as market challenges change. We continuously aim to build the network that can support Zambian businesses to grow, and keep capital flowing.

Every year we research which topics are most important to businesses, investors, and other investment ecosystem players. These topics are structured to catalyse discussion and participation. Our panels feature leaders in industry, regulation, investment, services provision, and innovation in Zambia.

Round table discussions offer a great networking avenue that give all attendees the opportunity to share with, and learn from, a group of peers. Our roundtables are moderated by carefully selected ecosystem enablers who keep conversation flowing and facilitate honest discussion.
