ICA Business COVID-19 Zambian Business Response Report

Between May and June 2020, ICA conducted a survey of over 400 Zambian businesses across 20 sectors to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of the key challenges faced by businesses, highlight sector-specific opportunities, and distil ideas for recovery.

This survey and corresponding report provided a snapshot of the financial and operational impact of COVID-19, and has since been used to inform investor strategy and reactive policy in this unprecedented situation.
